- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 cup olive oil
- juice of 2 lemons
- 4 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp grain mustard
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 5 cloves garlic, crushed
- salt and pepper to taste
- Mix all ingredients together. Chill for 30 minutes.
